Get Fit & Feel Strong with Kettlebell Training 

 

Join us on March 11th for a comprehensive Kettlebell workshop that will help you achieve your fitness goals! 🎯

During the workshop, you'll learn the proper techniques for the following key exercises:

 

  • ⚡️ The kettlebell swing: Build strength and power while burning fat and increasing conditioning.

  • 💪 The Turkish get-up: Improve your mobility while building functional strength.

  • 🏋️‍♀️ The goblet squat: Build strong legs, improve hip mobility, and increase lower body flexibility.

The workshop will be held in the backyard of Bloom Medical Group, a spacious outdoor location perfect for an intense training session. Participants should bring a yoga mat and plenty of hydration (water), and workout clothes. Kettlebells will be provided for the event. 💦
